What I have learnt.

*I don't eat enough fruit
*I need to drink more water (I didn't record drinks on this but I noticed that I didn't drink nearly enough)
*I was very aware this week of recording my food and it made me think twice about snacking. I should remember this.
*I want to do Baby Led Weaning and not many of the meals are so easily translatable to this weaning method.
*I have been on the verge of ill all week and my diet has not been the best to make me better

So that was my week in food!

  2. That lobster brioche looks amazing! I've been wanting to go there - is it any good?

I would be horrified with myself if I did this "Chocolate bar...cake...chocolate bar...cake..." especially on my working days!

Thank you so much for linking up. Have you seen that I have a badge for the linky? It's at the bottom of my #TWTWI page. xx

    1. I found I snacked so much less because I was thinking of sharing it. I am a secret eater and will eat and snack on the sly. This made me reassess. On Saturday and Sunday I snacked so much!!

I will go and grab your badge. Sorry for forgetting. Xxx

    2. Oh and Hannah. Yes burger and Lobster is great! A bit strange not having a menu but lovely. It was so fresh and yummy. I was planning my next visit when I was still there. X
